At Ariyz Collective, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality pieces with accurate sizing information and dedicated customer care. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Incorrectly Placed Orders & Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for incorrectly placed orders. We are able to modify orders prior to dispatch, but once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel, change, or refund any part of it due to change of mind.

Sizing Issues

As we provide a comprehensive sizing guide on the majority of our product pages, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for sizing discrepancies. We strongly encourage customers to refer to these guides before purchasing, as they are designed to help you select the correct fit with ease and accuracy.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, international orders may experience unexpected delays due to logistics or customs clearance. We cannot issue refunds for shipping delays until 30 days have passed from the order date. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with our delivery partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo evidence. We’ll work with you to provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Items Received

If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover any return shipping costs and ensure you receive the correct item as soon as possible.
